TO BE ELIGIBLE:

New and returning league players must have played a minimum of eight calendar weeks in a regularly scheduled Western BCA sanctioned league session between June 1 and the entry deadline (five weeks prior to the event).

ENTRY DEADLINES (all dates approximate at this time)

• February 2, 2009. This is the date your entry and fees must be postmarked or in the hands of your league operator to avoid late fees.
• February 9, 2009. This is the late entry deadline, the date your entries and fees (including late fees of $10 per event entered) must be postmarked or in the hands of your league operator.
• February 27, 2009 Refund request deadline (no questions asked). Refunds requested after this date must be submitted in writing with a legitimate reason. Refunds will be tendered after the conclusion of the tournament.
